Overview
These Terms of Service describe the general expectations for working with Thrash Vending. They are written for prospective location partners and may be updated as our placement process, machine options, or service model changes.
A final placement may require a separate written agreement that includes location-specific details such as machine size, placement area, access windows, product mix, and restocking schedule.
No-Cost Machine Placement
Thrash Vending may provide, stock, and maintain vending machines at no upfront cost to approved locations. The location owner or manager is not responsible for operating, stocking, or repairing the machine unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Free placement is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and depends on expected usage, available space, access, and overall fit.
Placement Fit and Access
To keep products fresh and make free placement sustainable, Thrash Vending generally requires locations to have at least 50 people coming through the location each day and to be open at least 5 days per week.
Location partners should provide reasonable building access for restocking, service, cleaning, and machine checks. Access details should be shared before installation and kept up to date if building hours or entry procedures change.
Machines should be placed in a secure, indoor area that is visible, useful to the people on site, and reasonably accessible for service.
Products and Restocking
Product mixes are launch presets, not fixed menus. Thrash Vending may adjust inventory based on sales activity, location feedback, product availability, seasonality, and customer demand.
Thrash Vending is responsible for stocking products it provides and may remove slow-moving, expired, unavailable, or unsuitable items at its discretion.
Machine Care
Location partners should not move, alter, unplug, open, repair, or tamper with the machine unless Thrash Vending has given permission.
If the machine appears damaged, unsafe, offline, blocked, or in need of service, the location partner should notify Thrash Vending as soon as reasonably possible.
Changes, Removal, and Service Adjustments
Thrash Vending may adjust service frequency, product mix, machine size, or placement recommendations based on actual usage and site conditions.
If a location no longer meets placement expectations, access becomes unreliable, or the machine is not a good fit, Thrash Vending may discuss changes or remove the machine after reasonable notice.
Draft Notice
These terms are provided as a working draft for Thrash Vending and are not legal advice. Before using these terms with customers, partners, or property owners, Thrash Vending should have them reviewed by a qualified attorney.
